Core Business

Thanks to our experience in the business spanning over a period of 30 years, which resulted in the collaboration with leading steel, hydraulic, energy, naval and aerospace companies, we are able to produce and process particularly resistant and hard materials such as stainless steel and super-alloys. We use the best technology available and run independent checks on the whole production process, from the procurement of raw materials to processing, lab analysis and testing.

Laboratory activities

Our laboratories carry out chemical analysis, mechanical tensile, resilience and hardness testing of materials according to the Brinell and Rockwell scales. They perform non-destructive testing such as penetrating liquids, magnetic particle and ultrasonic tests that, upon request, can be also carried out at the customer premises by our qualified ISO 9712 Level II-certified staff.

Main activities

We have constantly invested in new CNC machines and systems that allow us to offer considerable technological capacity and reliability for a more extreme production to the most demanding customers and with extremely short deadlines.

CHEMICAL ANALYSIS
Chemical testing and analysis performed with portable PMI equipment.

MECHANICAL TESTS
Execution of tensile testing at room temperature with the use of a 20t machine with destruction of test pieces; execution of resilience testing (at room temperature and temperatures up to -60° C) up to 300 J with destruction of test pieces.

HARDNESS TESTING
Hardness testing following the Brinell and Rockwell scales.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
In-house checks or tests at customer premises with penetrating liquids (PT); magnetic particle testing (MT); ultrasonic tests (UT); visual inspection (VT) carried out by ISO 9712 Level II-certified operators.
